Training offered on-site or at our premises
At Peacock we offer on-going training to ensure that the perfect cup of coffee is prepared every time. Training will be provided when convenient for the client.
This service is free of charge.
COFFEE GUIDE
CAFFE LATTE
- Two parts milk + one part espresso
- Foam and heat milk
- Pour into a long glass mug
- Add double espresso
- Sprinkle with chocolate powder
CAFFE MOCHA
- Two dessert spoons of hot chocolate powder
- Add hot foamed milk to three-quarter level and stir
- Pour in double espresso
- Top with milk foam
- Sprinkle with chocolate powder
AMERICANO
- Espresso topped with a variable amount of hot water, served on the side
ESPRESSO
- Single – one measure fine grind espresso
- Double – two measures fine grind espresso
- Half fill espresso cup (25 – 35ml)
FLAT WHITE
- Espresso capped with micro-textured milk
LUNGO
- Espresso run through until top of cup
- Add milk if required
SKINNY
- Any of the milk drinks made with low fat milk
CAPPUCCINO
- Double espresso
- Using cappuccino cup, fill with a third coffee, a third hot milk & a third milk foam
- Optional – sprinkle with chocolate/cinnamon powder
MACCHIATO
- Make a double espresso in espresso cup
- Top with foam
