Our customers have consistently requested an Organic White Tea, so we discussed this with our tea partners in Hamburg. White teas are amongst the noblest and mildest varieties in the world. To produce them only the youngest unopened buds, which are still covered by silvery down, are picked and briefly withered in natural daylight. Yunnan is the region that this perfect tea is picked where this perfect white tea is picked. Comparable in look and taste to top Pai Mu Tan teas the White Wings offers a flowery, fragrant experience and for all its delicateness is still full-bodied.
