Brazil Fazenda Sao Silvestre Pulp Natural

This coffee estate is in the Cerrado region of the Minas Gerais State, and sits at an altitude of 1250 meters. A unique Brazilian coffee, produced by the pulp natural process, which combines the advantages of wet processing and the traditional natural process of removing the raw coffee bean from the cherry. The result is a coffee with brighter acidity than normal Brazilian coffee and with better body. Great as an espresso, and makes an even better cappuccino.
