Caring for your Fine Bone China

By following the guidelines below you can assist to ensure you enjoy your product for as long as possible.

Warming the product

Pour warm water (tap) into the product (cup/mug/teapot) before use, in order to warm it up.

Washing the product

• Hand wash only, unless otherwise indicated at the bottom of the product.
• Do not place in dish washer or unless indicated Dishwasher & Microwave safe.
• Not for microwave use. Unless indicated Dishwasher & Microwave safe.
• Care must be taken during washing, as the bottom on one product can damage the top of another, even in water.
• So do not stack them in the washing bowl.
• Avoid using scouring pads & abrasive washing detergents as these will damage the product.
