Rooibos, a unique, smooth beverage, is a champion health tea. South Africans have been brewing it for generations from the leaves of the Rooibos shrub (Aspalathus linearis), indigenous to the Cedarberg mountain region in the Cape. It is a traditional Rooibos (a tea with a vibrant, red colour and a sweet, fruity taste)

Rooibos is rich in polyphenol antioxidants, but has a low tannin content and no caffeine. Over the centuries, no negative side-effects of Rooibos have ever been reported.
