A delightful blend of China and African tea. Delicate taste and light in colour. SOUTH AFRICAN & ZIMBABWE Teas from Southern Africa are known as Ceylon type teas and have the same characteristics as tea from Sri Lanka. They sometimes lack the body and flavour of Ceylon tea due to soil conditions and the lower African rainfall.

This is the best tea blend in the whole wide world. Plus I have been drinking it since way back in the 1970’s when first introduced to it at the Higgins Tea Shop, Bond Street, London. So, why oh why has it not been in stock for over six (yes 6) months : and of course I only ever drink loose leaf teas. My two daughter’s order this tea as well, and the one who lives in Italy, I have been ordering a kilogram for her annually too. Please please please bring it back Peacock, please.

My favorite tea by far, it just have the most pleasant taste and the best is the taste lingers a long time after your cup. I also prefer to dink it black. If you are looking for a pleasant all day tea, I can with confidence say Prince of Wales is the choice.
