Roast House Brazil Santos Fine Cup

Brazil is the World’s largest producer of coffee, much of which is fairly low quality and destined for large commercial use. This is not true of this coffee, produced by the COCAPEC Cooperative in the Mogiana region, it is a region where coffee is grown above 800 metres. The coffee is super sweet, nutty, with low acidity and rich body. It is a truely superior coffee, and rates as one of the best naturally processed coffees available.
