The Monsoon process consists of exposing natural processed coffee to moisten laden monsoon winds experienced in the Western coastal regions of India. The result is a unique coffee, higher in moisture content, the low-est Acidity levels of any other coffee in the world and in the cup lots of body and a pleasant earthiness. Because of the very low acidity levels it is an alternative to decaffeinated coffee for those who love good coffee but it does effect their stomach.
