Rainforest Alliance Certified TM. This farm is based in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range near the town of Turin in the Auchapen dept. During the non-picking season 16 people work on the farm maintaining and tending to the plants, this goes up to 50 people during picking season. The altitude of this farm is 1350m, The coffee is fully washed and sun dried on patios.

In the cup, you can expect lots of sweetness like all great El Salvador Bourbons, but then you get a blast of oranges. This coffee is more balanced with smooth almost creamy body with a waft of pomegranate.
